China Architectural Engineering, Inc. began operations in 1992 and specializes in the design, engineering and installation of high-end specialty curtain wall systems for public works projects and commercial real estate. CAE has designed and installed nearly one hundred projects throughout China, including the National Grand Theater, Dubai Metro, Singapore Garden's By the Bay Conservatory, National Convention Center of Vietnam, Beijing Botanical Garden Conservatory and Shenzhen International Airport.
In 2007, China Architectural Engineering, Inc.’s common stock was approved for listing on the American Stock Exchange and commenced trading under the symbol RCH and, since June 2009, moved the listing of its common stock to the NASDAQ Global Select market under the ticker symbol CAEI.
