American Lorain Corporation

American Lorain Corporation is a major processed foods company located in the People’s Republic of China.  In May 2007, the company completed a reverse merger transaction and became a U.S. publicly listed company which trades on the OTCBB under the symbol ALRC.  Concurrent with the reverse merger, the company raised approximately $19.8 million in a private placement transaction.

In 2009, American Lorain Corporation successfully transferred from the OTCBB to AMEX with the ticker symbol ALN.
